2018 M3 Campaign

Every March, sisters and friends of Phi Mu join together to honor our Founders – Mary DuPont Lines, Mary Myrick Daniel and Martha Hardaway Redding – and support our sisterhood with gifts to the Phi Mu Foundation M3 Campaign. Since 2011, the M3 Campaign has raised more than $1.6 million to help further the lifetime development of women through Phi Mu’s leadership, scholarship, philanthropic and educational programs, and historical preservation.

We encourage all Phi Mu collegiate chapters to participate in the M3 Campaign during the month of March with 100% participation – which means that 100% of the chapter’s active members would fundraise or make a personal gift of $18.52 to the Foundation. Each chapter that participates at 100% will get recognition on our website, social media pages and in the Aglaia … and will also receive a custom Phi Mu Foundation M3 t-shirt for every member in the chapter. Last year, 128 Phi Mu collegiate chapters participated at 100% and helped to raise more than $380,000 for the 2017 M3 Campaign!

While the M3 Campaign has traditionally served as a collegiate-focused effort, alumnae chapters are also invited to join the fun! Both the collegiate chapter and the alumnae chapter with the largest overall contribution to the M3 Campaign will receive special recognition in the Aglaia and at the 2018 Phi Mu National Convention, in addition to an exclusive sisterhood event hosted by the next Phi Mu National President and Phi Mu Foundation President. Alumnae and friends who make an individual gift of $100 or more to the M3 Campaign will also receive a limited-edition gift from the Foundation.

Beginning on March 1, we’ll be updating our M3 Campaign webpage daily with all the latest campaign news, including the 100% participation list and the Top 3 Fundraising Collegiate and Alumnae Chapters in each Phi Mu area. In the meantime, keep up with the latest Foundation news on social media. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @PhiMuFoundation. Make sure you tag us in your M3 photos and use the hashtag #MaryMaryMartha!
