2023-26 Foundation Strategic Plan

We’re excited to announce the Foundation’s 2023-26 Strategic Plan, led by a new vision statement to guide our work: Every Phi Mu supported and empowered through a lifetime of giving and a shared commitment to love, honor and truth. This Strategic Plan highlights our ongoing commitment to investing in the lifetime development of women and supporting the Fraternity’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging efforts.

2023 M3 Campaign Incentive

Collegiate chapters that participate in the M3 Campaign at 100% – meaning every active member of the chapter makes a personal contribution or fundraises the equivalent of $18.52 before March 31 – will receive a Phi Mu Foundation Sisters Helping Sisters tote bag for every member of the chapter!

Alumnae and individuals who make contribute $100 or more to the campaign will also receive the tote bag.

You can support the collegiate or alumnae chapter of your choice with your M3 Campaign gift by heading over to their fundraising page and making your gift on their page.

Development Advisory Council

If you are a Phi Mu member working in fundraising, development or advancement – we’re looking for interested professionals to join the Phi Mu Foundation Development Advisory Council. Members of the Development Advisory Council will give advice on fundraising strategy and ideas, as well as share industry best practices. The Council would meet one or two times annually to share ideas, feedback and offer a peek behind the curtain with the Foundation’s fundraising efforts. It will also provide an opportunity for development professionals to expand their networks and meet and learn from other Phi Mus in the industry. The first meeting will be Wednesday, February 22 at 12:00 p.m. ET via Zoom.

If you’re interested in serving on the Development Advisory Council, please send an email with your resume to Executive Director Kristin Tofanelli at ktofanelli@phimu.org.
