Earlier this year, we awarded 180 undergraduate and graduate members with more than $200,000 in scholarships. Many of the scholarships we offer are unrestricted – meaning they are open for any eligible member who applies – but, we also have other scholarships that have been established for specific chapters, fields of study, states of residence or certain colleges/universities. Additionally, there are also merit- and need-based scholarships available. You can view a full list of the 2018-19 Phi Mu Foundation Scholarships here.
Eligible members need only to submit one application to be considered for all scholarships. The application is now available on our website under the Academic Scholarship tab or by clicking here! The application must be submitted in its entirety by March 1, 2018 to be considered. Members need to be in good standing with Phi Mu Fraternity and have at least a 3.2 grade point average to apply. Applicants are scored in several categories, including: academic, involvement (Phi Mu/Campus/Community), financial need, personal statements and recommendations. Those members who have contributed to the Foundation will receive extra consideration.
