Get #insPHIred this November!

Wait a minute … weren’t we just in Chicago celebrating Phi Mu’s 64th National Convention? A quick flip of the calendar tells us it isn’t so. In fact, the holidays are right around the corner and we’re already gearing up for Phi Mu Foundation’s annual #insPHIred campaign!

This is the best time of year to hold close the moments in our lives that mean the most to us, including our most treasured Phi Mu memories and the women who made them possible. Beginning on November 1, Phi Mu Foundation will dedicate their social media accounts to featuring stories from Phi Mu sisters who have #insPHIred one another. From advisers to officers, pledge class sisters to big sisters and everyone in between, we want you to share your memories of women who have made a positive impact on your Phi Mu experience.

The #insPHIred campaign will run throughout the month of November, and culminate with a call to action on Tuesday, November 29 – Giving Tuesday – to honor our sisterhood and the women who have #insPHIred you with an honor gift in their name to Phi Mu Foundation. Women who are honored with a gift during the month of November will receive a special #insPHIred digital greeting, reminding them of how important they are to us.

Make sure you use the hashtag #insPHIred when you post your stories, photos and videos … and tag us @PhiMuFoundation so that we can feature your #insPHIred story and spread holiday cheer all month long!

#PhiMuServes: National Philanthropy Day

denver-alumnae

Join us on Monday, October 17 on the Phi Mu Fraternity Snapchat account as we ‘snap for service’ all day long, in honor of National Philanthropy Day! We’ll be snapping live from Newnan, Georgia, where the Phi Mu Fraternity and Phi Mu Foundation headquarters staff will be volunteering at Bridging the Gap, a non-profit organization that serves over 1,000 people in need a month through their food distribution program. We’ll be packing food boxes with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as canned goods, toiletries, and household items for those in need in the greater Atlanta area.

Make sure to use #PhiMuServes on social media so we can share what your collegiate or alumnae chapter is doing to celebrate service with sisters on National Philanthropy Day!
