Phi Mu Foundation Announces New Director of Major Gifts Mandi Capeletti Young, Alpha Epsilon

Mandi-for-homepagePhi Mu Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of the newest staff member, Mandi Capeletti Young, Alpha Epsilon, in the position of Director of Major Gifts.

Mandi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Science in Higher Education from Florida State University (FSU), where she was an active member of Phi Mu’s Alpha Epsilon Chapter. Mandi brings 10+ years of alumni relations and fundraising experience, specifically in major gifts and annual giving. Most recently, Mandi served as the Senior Director for Alumni Programs and Outreach at FSU. Prior to this position, Mandi worked at FSU as the Senior Annual Giving Officer and at Southern Methodist University as the Director of Development, National Major Gifts.

In the newly developed position at Phi Mu Foundation, Mandi will direct the cultivation and acquisition of major gifts and planned gifts and will implement and direct targeted major gift campaigns.

“We are excited to establish the Director of Major Gifts position and have Mandi fulfill this role. Her alumni relations and major gift experience coupled with her devotion to Phi Mu Fraternity as a volunteer and to Phi Mu Foundation as a faithful member of the Legacy League Giving Program made Mandi an attractive candidate. Her unique skill set will be a valuable asset to the Foundation staff,” said Julie Burkhard, Phi Mu Foundation Executive Director.

Mandi will join the staff on June 9, 2014 and will be attending Phi Mu National Convention in Boca Raton, Florida in July 2014.
