Making New Connections through the CLC

Zoe Paulson (UC Boulder)

I am from a small, new chapter of Phi Mu. Our sisterhood is amazing and I love Phi Mu with my whole heart. However, our chapter is not one without struggles, and it can often feel very isolating. This is why I loved being a member of the Collegiate Leadership Council.

Through the Collegiate Leadership Council, I found connections to people who were also my Phi Mu sisters, although their chapter is different from mine. I grew in my leadership ability and I learned more about Phi Mu as a whole, outside of my chapter. When I presented about the Foundation to my chapter, I highly recommended that they join the CLC.

I also was able to learn more about the Phi Mu Foundation. I learned about all the ways that the Foundation helps Phi Mu members, and I became invested in its mission to help sisters. My experience has been nothing but positive, as it gave me more leadership ability and a higher appreciation and love for my sorority.

If you are a philanthropic-minded collegiate member in good standing that’s interested in serving on the 2022-23 Collegiate Leadership Council, please fill out the application by July 10, 2022.
