Contest Rules and Guideline

Phi Mu Foundation is accepting submissions for the 2022 M3 Campaign T-Shirt Design Contest between January 18, 2022 and February 14, 2022. The winning design will be featured on the T-shirt that is sent to all chapters that participate at 100% in the M3 Campaign.

• Design must include one of the following phrases: ‘Phi Mu Foundation’, ‘M3’, OR ‘One Destiny’.
• Design may not exceed 11” wide by 12” high.
• Design will appear on the front of a solid-color shirt.
• Design will be printed in up to two solid colors. Gradients and transparencies cannot be incorporated.
• Design must be wholly original. By submitting a design, you are guaranteeing that you hold original rights to everything in it, that it may be printed on distributed t-shirts, and that it does not contain any intellectual property not owned by you.
• Entries should include the original file OR a vector-based EPS file, AND a high-resolution PNG or PDF file. It’s recommended to render your design in Adobe Illustrator or a similar design program.
• Entries can be submitted by an individual or as a collaborative effort.
• The contest is open to all Phi Mu members.

Entries become the property of Phi Mu Foundation. Phi Mu Foundation reserves the right to make adjustments to all entries, including colors of the design and the shirt.

Submission Rules and Guidelines

• Entries must be emailed by ­February 14, 2022 to lschuerr@phimu.org.
• All entry emails should have the subject line “2022 M3 T-shirt Design Contest + Designer(s) Name”
• Include your name, chapter name, school name and telephone number in the body of the email.
• Winners will be notified by email before March 1, 2022. At the sole discretion of Phi Mu Foundation, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from the following: Winner’s failure to provide original design files.
• Upon contacting a winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the contest, the “winner” of the contest will be announced via social media, e-newsletter and/or on phimufoundation.org.

Submission Agreement
By submitting a design in this contest, you are releasing the rights to your design to Phi Mu Foundation for the use of the 2022 M3 Campaign t-shirt and other promotional items, including, but not limited to: the Phi Mu Foundation website, social media and marketing materials. Phi Mu Foundation reserves the right to make adjustments to the winning designs.
